 Our single-story Assisted Living cottages are nestled together in a neighborhood setting around the Community Center, Rose Hall and surrounded by beautifully landscaped courtyards filled with flowers, fruit trees and walking paths. The design of the windows in each cottage and suite offer spectacular views of the neighborhood and provide natural light to flow through the cottages.
At the front of each cottage is a
welcoming front porch that opens to a
beautiful family room that is home to twelve residents. Each side of the cottage specifically caters to six residents that share a comfortable
living room, intimate kitchen and
dining room, as well as laundry room. All residents have their own spacious bedroom and bathroom to ensure privacy and to promote independence.
Our trained caregivers are available 24 hours a day to assist with their daily care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and medication management. They are also available to simply provide companionship, encouragement and support. For safety and peace of mind, all residents have personal pendants should they need assistance at any time.

At the Cottages of Green Valley we have re-created a place where you can sit on the front porch and say hello to friends passing by or where neighbors could drop in for coffee… life as it was in the “old neighborhood.” Our unique concept provides cottage-style residences grouped around a central courtyard and Rose Hall, the community center, and Pine Lodge, the activity center.
