When you are shopping for a new home for yourself or your loved one, please consider how the community is licensed. In the State of Nevada, their are two categories: Category 1 and Category 2. Each community's license will show how they are licensed. We are very proud that Cottages of Green Valley is a Category 2 community. This means that we have been built to a higher safety standard and can take those residents who would require extra assistance in an emergency.
