We would like to personally welcome you to the Cottages of Green Valley, Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhood. We represent local ownership with the desire to provide the best care with all the comforts and familiarity of home while offering the services and amenities that will enable you or your loved ones to remain active and independent longer. We are committed to being an active part of the Cottages and look forward to getting to know you and your families.

Our single-story design combined with the homelike, intimate feel of the Cottages makes this the best option and value that senior housing has to offer. We believe in the values of honesty, integrity, and compassion - this is what the Cottages of Green Valley is founded upon. We have done careful and thorough research to ensure that our concept, design, functionality, and appeal meet the needs of our residents and offers a personal approach to senior living.

The love and appreciation we have for our own parents inspired us to bring together the key ingredients that make a home. We remember the comfort and security in knowing our neighbors and being part of the “old neighborhood.” Each cottage has been designed to offer its own kitchen, dining room, family room, living room, and laundry room - more importantly, our cottages accommodate only 7-12 residents to enable our certified caregivers to truly be a part of our resident’s daily activities and care needs. We have done away with the traditional long corridors to get to the dining room, activities, or the fresh outdoors and incorporated them all within a few feet of your apartment door.

We encourage you to have coffee in your favorite robe and slippers at your own kitchen table and enjoy the many life-enriching activities offered in our community center, Rose Hall.
